International transport is the carriage of goods between different countries, requiring at least one border to be crossed. It covers the planning, organisation and execution of carriage taking into account the regulations in force in the countries of dispatch, the transit procedure and the destination.
Due to its nature, international transport involves additional formalities, such as customs clearance, and the need to adapt the carriage to the legal regulations in force beyond the borders of a given country. In practice this means, among other things, preparing export documents such as the EX-1.
