We kindly inform you that KONTUR POLSKA sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Norberta Barlickiego 32, 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland, securely processes your personal data in the following scope: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, job title. This data was obtained solely in connection with our previous contacts in the course of our business activity (telephone calls, e-mails, direct contacts, participation in trade fairs, quotations, placing and accepting orders).
In accordance with the requirements of the above Regulation, we inform you that:

3. The personal data you have provided will be processed for the following purposes:
– performance of transport orders,
– direct marketing,
– financial and accounting purposes with entities operating both within
the European Union and outside it. A list of non-EU entities is available on request from the personal data Controller of KONTUR POLSKA sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa;
– defending against and pursuing claims,
– handling complaint procedures,
4. In connection with the purposes referred to above, the recipients of your personal data may be entities assisting us in performing our contractual obligations, e.g. law firms, IT service providers, consultancy firms,
5. You have the right to request from KONTUR POLSKA sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa access to your data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object,

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (formerly GIODO).
