It covers the successive phases of planning, production, warehousing, transport and distribution.
The aim of the supply chain is to ensure that these processes run smoothly and in a coordinated way, so that goods reach recipients at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantity, in line with the principles of efficient logistics.
